It is privately held, including international and domestic partners, and with expertise in Power Semiconductors. Silex Semi is committed to building a world-class design-house with independent intellectual property rights of brand power semiconductor devices, and strive for stock trade market listing (IPO).
With 9 PRC patents granted, and additional 7 PRC & 3 US patents under review, it is one of the more powerful leading companies in China that owns complete product & technology solutions, which are widely used in power conversion system.
